Race Tech FZ6R Project
The Yamaha FZ6R in stock trim is a good bike, it does, however, according to customer feedback, feels too soft and mushy when the bike is ridden aggressively. The first issues is the bike is equipped damping rod style fork. To address that we installed our Race Tech Gold Valve Emulators along with HP Fork Springs. This made a huge improvement across the board in all areas of handling. It brought this bike back to life. Now for the rear shock
The rear shock suffers from the same ailments as the forks, too soft and mushy. We were able to install our Gold Valve Shock Conversion Kit and HP Shock spring. This made a dramatic improvement in the overall feel of the bike. The bike became firmer and remained compliant.
