RACE TECH REAR SPRING KITS

Race Tech offers complete Race and Sport Series Spring Kits that can be easily installed and in most cases do not require disassembly of your stock shocks. Spring Kits offer an economical way to achieve a better ride quality for your ATV without having to send your shocks away for an extended period of time.

The Kits come in two major Setup Styles; Race or Sport (see below). The Product and Spring Rate Search will select proper spring rates dependant on your ATV setup, weight, riding type and skill level. If your application is not listed in the Spring Rate Search please call for assistance.

While you can achieve better results having a full Race Tech Conversion, which includes Gold Valves, this is a great first step to getting your ATV setup properly. • Sport Series refers to our Preloaded Setup. Sport Series puts the ride height close to stock. This is a single spring setup. It may require special Sport Mounting Hardware (spacer and collar).
• Typical applications for Sport Series include, but are not limited to, desert racing and recreational riding where maximum active travel and ground clearance are required.

• Race Series refers to our No-Preload Setup (shown bottom right). Race Series allows the ATV to sit lower than stock without sacrificing wheel travel. Ride height is fully adjustable to compensate for various track conditions. This is a dual spring setup. 
• Typical applications for the Race Series include, but are not limited to, motocross and cross-country racing where a low center-of-gravity and high cornering speed are required.
• Rear Race Setup consists of a Base Unit and a Main Spring.  The Base Unit (shown at left) contains the special Race Mounting Hardware and the NPL (no preload) Spring.  The Main Spring must be purchased separately.

NOTE: Front and rear must match.  i.e. If you have Race Series on the front you must use it on the back as well.  If you are only changing one end - choose Sport because that is similar to stock.
