Race
Tech's G2-R 25mm Cartridge Fork Kit for
Sportbikes are here! These kits improve handling
& control and dramatically improves the feedback
to the rider. The modular drop-in design is custom
fit to each model, yet can be converted to fit
other models! So you can take it to another bike if you'd like!
These
cartridge kits have been extensively tested on
the AMA, WERRA, WSMC circuits over the past years
to deliver outstanding results. I'd encourage
you to compare our cartridges to anything in the
world back to back. Sport Rider Magazine has a

Kits
include our new G2-R Compression Gold Valves,
HFR Rebound Gold Valves and Reactive Top-out Spring
System. Ultra-low friction materials and special
coatings radically reduce friction and wear. Optional
Spring Rates from .85 to 1.1kg/mm are available. You also have the choice of extending the fork length by 10mm for geometry considerations.
Kits are currently available
for 2005 & up Honda CBR, Kawasaki ZX-R, Suzuki
GSX-R & SV650,Yamaha YZF-R, Triumph 675, Ducati 1098, 948,
and Hypermotard. Our
Tech Department is ready to assist you and, of
course our Service Department is pleased to install
if you prefer! Custom applications are available
if your model is not listed.
TOOLS
- In many cases a TFCH 01 Cartridge Holding Tool
is needed to install the new Cartridge. For the
R6 you'll need a Fork Compression Adjuster Socket
(TFCA
02) to access the compression valving and
a Fork Cartridge Holding Tool (TFCH
04) to remove the stock cartridge. Don't forget
our new Sport Bike Fork Cap Wrench TFCW
243241H fits most bikes including the
07 R6.
